Troop 46 (Berlin) der American Boy Scouts  hat sich ein hohes Ziel vorgenommen: im Vorfeld der BERLIN-PATROL haben sich die Scouts dazu bereit erklärt, 2000 CARE Pakete zu packen. Diese sollen am BERLIN-PATROL Wochenende durch Mitarbeiter des Vereins CARE Deutschland Luxemburg e.V. und durch Teilnehmer der BERLIN-PATROL in Berlin verteilt werden. Bereits in den letzten Wochen hatte es Treffen und Besprechungen zwischen Vertretern von CARE Deutschland Luxemburg e.V. und BERLIN-PATROL dazu gegeben. Dann kam die Initiative von den Boy Scouts: wir besorgen den Inhalt über Sponsoren und übernehmen die Konfektionierung. CARE stellt die Pakete und die Jeeps den Transport.

Troop 46 (Berlin) of the American Boy Scouts  is aiming toward a high goal: in davance of the BERLIN-PATROL the scouts have volunteered to pack 2,000 CARE packages. These are to be distributed on the BERLIN-PATROL weekend in Berlin by the participants of BERLIN-PATROL military vintage cars and their crews and by staff of CARE Deutschland Luxemburg e.V. During the last weeks there have been several meetings on this by members of CARE Deutschland Luxemburg e.V. and BERLIN-PATROL. Then came the initiative from the Boy Scouts: we get the fillings through sponsors and do the packing. CARE provide the packs and the jeeps the transport.
